Steven Baeyens is a cornerstone of Tactile Technologies, having spent close to two decades with the company. Promoted to Group Product Manager before stepping into his current role as Director of Products and Projects, he now oversees the entire EMEA product range and leads key strategic initiatives including new manufacturer partnerships and solution development.

Steven has been the driving force behind several landmark projects — from spearheading the Seiko Instruments and Unitech Europe partnerships to architecting the RESILIENT RETAIL 9 portfolio and introducing NUBIS, Tactile’s first foray into remote device management software. He also plays a key role in the Palmki biometric access control offering.

His deep technical knowledge, customer-first approach, and ability to bridge the gap between manufacturers in Asia and end-users in Africa and Europe make him an indispensable member of the leadership team.
