Alison Johnston leads Tactile Technologies as Managing Director, overseeing the company’s day-to-day operations and strategic direction across South Africa. Before joining Tactile, she served as General Manager of Logistics & Executive at CEB Maintenance Africa, bringing deep operational expertise to the role. She holds a Diploma from Wits Business School.

Under her leadership, Tactile has navigated significant challenges — from global supply chain disruptions to the aftermath of the July 2021 unrest — while continuing to grow the business, broaden the product base, and strengthen customer relationships. She has been instrumental in forging key partnerships, including collaborations with ExiPay for payment technologies, SUNMI for authorised repair services, and INEFI for remote device management solutions.
